  Read the others on rudeness of the employees and as many times that I been there (quite a few) it's just the opposite. From the guy at the scales to the warehouse for small amounts to turn in to the cashier they couldn't be friendlier. I've never met Ben himself but if you were to ask my personal opinion u'd say customer service is first and foremost.
  
  As far as the prices go I don't bring in tonnage material so I don't know if I'm getting the best price I have to depend on honesty on their part. If your looking for someone to coddle, hold your hand and kiss you goodbye, then find some place else to go.
